Wow, thank you !!!! Great job by the way.

Pinky Sista says:

So pretty cool

jordantine1 says:

You start with 3 layers of rubber bands in a square shape. Then you take 1 layer off from the bottom. Next you add 1 layer on top and continue with that pattern of 1 layer off and one layer on for the rest of the pencil cover.

I seem to always come up with new ideas for fishtails. I don’t like to make the bracelets that use the whole loom as much because they don’t fit your whole wrist (unless you use 2 looms) and if you mess one step up the whole bracelet can fall apart.

You’re welcome!

TheCreationCenter says:

are you supposed to put 2 rubber bands on each peg or just 1

In the video I use three rows. I think you are asking if you could just use two rows instead of three? If so, then yes you can. However, it will not be as tight and when you put it on a pencil it stretches out more and the pencil will show through more.

You’re welcome!

Makenna Wynia says:

Loved it sister!!!!!!!!!

jordantine1 says:

I have always done them one at a time, but you could try doing both at once and see how it works out. The only thing that might happen is that they may not lay as flat, if the two bands are bunched on top of one another. Thanks for the positive feedback!

Cari W says:

Hi. Just a quick question… do you have to pull the two colors one at a time, or can you both them both? Love this tutorial :)

jordantine1 says:

Thanks Lauren! I usually play around with the loom while I’m watching TV late at night after I get the kids to bed. Some days I think I have exhausted all the possibilities, but then the next day something will click and I will have a new style. As a matter of fact, I have several new designs I will be making videos for when I get the chance.

Lauren Crivelli says:

You make awesome stuff with the rainbow loom I’m amazing at making bracelets but I cat think of a way to come up with anything. How do you come up with your stuff?

jordantine1 says:

I used about 160 rubber bands for this one

jy situ says:

I want to know about how many rubber bands do you need

jy situ says:

Great idea, I think it’s better if you put it on your mechanical pencil.

jordantine1 says:

Great idea!

jordantine1 says:

Thanks!

Kimberly DeMoise says:
